Fish from Lonja, Mallorcan lamb, aged beef, vegetables from our vegetable garden, all perfectly cooked and on the coals of our oven.

The wine cellar 

Tess de Mar has 50 types of pre-selected wine, amongst them are Mallorcan, national and international wines.
Our restaurant manager, and sommelier, Filipe da Silva, will guide you through which beverages go best with the dishes. Ask them for the ‘Special Edition’ with more than 20 of the most exclusive wines from our cellar, served by the glass.

The chef and his team

At the forefront of Tess de Mar you will find the chef Juan Ocampo and his team, who have worked in kitchens in Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Uruguay and Dubai.
In Mallorca they have created a great team, alongside their head chef. Our chef says he puts a little something from each place in to what he cooks and that now his recipes are enriched with the products of Mallorca.

EVERY WEEK VERMOUTHS AND TAPAS IN CAMPOS

Saturdays, tapas from the market

Every Saturday, thanks to the weekly market in Campos, Tess de Mar heads out to shop for ingredients.
Tapas with mussels, cockels and local produce, all of which are cooked on our wood fired oven and always accompanied by a Mallorcan Vermouth, a good “palo amb sifon”, a cava or an ice cold beer.
