«Dear gastronomy lovers,
March 21st, has been chosen as the date for the great reopening of our restaurant in Mallorca, with a renewed and complete offer of dishes, an evolution of all our previous proposals.
We are very happy about to be able to share our feeling of excitement with you, , knowing that very soon we’ll be opening the doors to our Mediterranean restaurant Tess de Mar, to start a new season. We’re absolutely longing to start our show again.
That’s how we it feels to us: You are our audience and we, the performers, with the sea and the countryside of Mallorca as our main thread.
We want to let you know that we’re already in the kitchen, heating the ovens, lighting the Josper, cooking the broths and tasting the final product that we want you to taste,with our hands and our palates. From delicious cuttlefish dices and sea Codium seaweed, to carbonara “sea” linguini’s ‘ , always prepared in our own way, or even an exquisite ‘almadraba’ Tuna steak, which will take your senses to the next gastronomic level.
As always, the sea, typical of the Mediterranean cuisine, will play a special role in our proposals,, but without forgetting our roots through our char-grill and our exquisite and hearty meats, such as the Mallorcan lamb, that delights us in the different ways it can be cooked and, above all, because it’s such a typical product of this Mallorcan land.
